Guess what everyone???  I'm human!!  A couple of weeks ago I accidentally deleted one of my Vixen shoots.  I am ABSOLUTELY in love with these images and had to put them back up!  I have a memory the size of a PEA so I completely forgot to readd these until the lovely Vixen notified me today that she couldn't find her session on the blog here....ahhh, I really should have invested in the Post-It company!  I'd be keeping them in business MYSELF!

 

So, here is the repost....I am hoping you all love them as much as you did the first time and for those of you just joining us...WELCOME and ENJOY THE PICTURES!!



IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!

Hey everyone!!  IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!  I thought about how I would want to celebrate my birthday and what exactly I would ask for....well let me tell you a little bit about MY weekness.  Oh yes!  SHOES!! SHOES SHOES SHOES!!  They are the one thing that I know no matter HOW fat I get, my shoes will ALWAYS fit me!!  I love those things like my babies...some are named and some are worn on special occasions because I know they bring me good luck.  I have a closet FULL of them and have been warned that I am not to bring another new pair of shoes into this house until I let three pairs go....that will NOT happen! 

Where do I get my GORGEOUS shoes?  Mostly ShoeDazzle.com and Zappos.com.  I love also shopping at Gordman's and Frederick's of Hollywood.  Oh yes people, they DO have more than bras and panties!  I absolutely have a weakness for the gaudiest, ugliest, LOUDEST shoes.  I think there is something beautiful in the unexpected.  It forces you to look at things from someone elses point of view or thru someone elses eyes.    I love how a simple pair of shoes take me from being someones mother, someone who just stepped on the scale that morning to realize she's gained five pounds, someone who struggles to make ends meet to being a super model, a topic of conversation and someone that others find mysterious and trendy! 

I LOVE shoes.  I ADORE shoes.  I COLLECT shoes!  And talk about gorgeous shoes....let me show you some examples of my shoes and shoes that I LOVE!!  Now on to waiting for my personal gift to myself to arrive from ShoeDazzle.com!!  LOVE YOU ALL!!



My Images

Editing my images is the most exciting part of my new found career!  I love love love looking at the images we have captured together and tweaking them to bring out the TRUE beauty in front of the lens.  I have a hard time not just blurting out OMG YOU ARE GORGEOUS and OH WOW, I ROCK when I'm editing (Ok, I admit, I DO do this....OFTEN!!)!  I can't believe how EASY it is to "polish" these images and get the out for the world to see....

This is where my girls come into play with my business.  I DO NOT share ANY images the beautiful Vixen in front of my camera doesn't WANT me to share.  I think I need to clear that up for my readers and for my potential clients.  Don't get me wrong, I think the girls I capture are STUNNING and I want to share each and EVERY picture with the world but I won't.  Not until I have been given the permission to flaunt my artwork in front of your face!! 

Every girl that graces my pages, either via Facebook or my website (www.boudoirbyrobynlynn.com) or HERE in my blog has GRACIOUSLY given me permission to post these images here.  My blog tends to be a bit more private than Facebook so I am allowed to post more here than ANYwhere else.  Again, some images may include some nudity so you have been fair warned!  I do what I do not from a pornographic way but from an artistic way...I honestly hope you all see that!

With that being said, I'm going to share a session I recently shared on Facebook for a VERY short time!  I was asked to remove the images because some people made her feel like the images she took were inappropriate....you will see otherwise.  She has given me permission to post her images ANYWHERE besides Facebook so I'm sharing them here where her images will be APPRECIATED!

The Beginning!!

 

THIS image was the image that began my journey into Boudoir Photography!  It was spotted by the right person at the right time and she saw something in this image that even I hadn't thought was there...the beginning of my business.  It embodies everything I want with this career...love, excitement, hope for the future....SO much is being said with this image that even I didn't understand at the moment!  I just saw a gorgeous girl with the love, excitement and hope that every new bride-to-be experiences.  Little did I know, she was the so called "spokeswoman" for my new journey. 

I want to share so many images from this session here on the blog but I'll stick to just a few never before seen pictures!  I am honored to say that this woman is not only what my business stands for but she is a dear friend of mine now.  Although I KNOW we can't all be as incredibly lucky as to look like Jena, we all can FEEL just the way she did in these images, at any time.  Gorgeous.  Beautiful.  Cherished.  Loved.  Adored.  Sensual.  POWERFUL!

Happy Halloween!!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

 

Tonight is the night for freaks and geeks and gods and goddesses!  I love Halloween!  We all get to dress up and go running around town looking like little hoodlums and spooks...a day to dress up and be someone else.  A day where we can all tap into our inner desires and become something we find sexy, cute, clever or adorned...Man, I wish we could feel like this EVERY DAY!!

 



BUT WAIT.....

 

We CAN do this and feel like this ANY TIME!!  It's what I do!  I release your Inner Vixens, your Dominatrixs, your naughty nurses, or WHATEVER you desire to be! I love how I can take a simple prop or item an make it sexy such as a tie, wings, scarves, a mask.  Need some examples?  Let me show you!!

 

 

See what I mean??  The simplest of items and you become someone you don't get to see every day.

 

I hope you all had a happy and safe Halloween this year.  I am going to be gorging myself on my daughters' loot bags tonight so I wanted to get this blog written before I go into a sugar rush!!  Love you all and keep checking back for the items I'm getting for props at the after Halloween sale!!



DAY TWO of blogging! YIKES!!

To say I don't know what I'm doing half the time is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!  ESPECIALLY when it comes to technology!  I am attempting to blog my SECOND blog in, oh say two MONTHS, and still don't have a clue as to what I'm doing!  HA HA!!  Guess we will be figuring this out together!

Let me give you all a quick update as to what has been happening since late Sept.  I had these two WONDERFUL women, Jena and Renae, come into my life who gave my Boudoir business the swift kick in the a#* that it needed to get started!  It all began with an idea of a style I wanted to shoot and a brave and BEAUTIFUL young woman named Jena.  I asked Jena to model boudoir for me and I fell in love! Well, not with HER but with BOUDOIR!  :-)! I couldn't believe how taking pics of this GORGEOUS model made ME feel like a million bucks and then to see her reaction to the pictures truly made it a DONE DEAL!  She is a seasoned model and with one sentence, she planted the seed of my business....she simply said, "I've been in front of the camera hundreds of times but never have I felt so comfortable, so at ease, than I was with you"!!  I began wondering what I could do for EVERY woman out there, give them the chance to feel beautiful and stunning and confident with just pictures!  Sooooo, I posted some images of Jena on Facebook (EVERYONE'S favorite medium) and they caught the eye of Renae. 

Renae works for a local radio station in Cedar Falls, Iowa called 93.5 The Mix (GREAT station btw...if you ever drive up next to me on the road and see me COMPLETELY cheesing it out, singing at the top of my lungs, oh yeah...you can bet your butt I'm listening to The Mix!!) and is in charge of finding new businesses and advertising.  At first (sorry, Renae) I thought she was just after a commission or something but she really boosted my belief in my business.  She saw ONE IMAGE and that was that....my business began.  She has been there beside me giving me all the encouragement and networking that I can handle!  HA HA!  Half the time, I do have to admit, I am overwhelmed with how quickly things are happening for me but I have such a HUGE support system in place that I know that I cannot fail!

So, with that being said, I want to make these blogging moments more and more frequent and let you all in on who I am, who these beautiful women are who grace my pages and hopefully make some new friends along the way!  I will be posting SOOOO many more images on my blog than ANYwhere else so PLEASE frequent my blog regularly.  I am also posting a written warning:  SOME OF MY IMAGES DO SHOW NUDITY so if ANY of you are offended by the naked womanly form...this blog is NOT for you!  There!  Said my peace! 

I plan on sharing myself with you all too. Not only will this blog contain images of my Vixen Girls but they will be of my business, my life and of course my QUIRKINESS!!  I'm a dork.  I goofball.  A nerd.  You'll all find that out!  I'm a mom, a business woman, a lover and a friend.  I hope you ALL see that too.  Skip over the "dork diaries" of my life if you choose and focus in on the photography or scroll over the photography and laugh with (ok, I know it, you'll be laughing AT me) me on my crazy journey through this thing we call life!

P.S.  Also want to give a shout out to my family and friends (Mom, Dad, Damion, Chloe and Chesney, Karyn, Krystal, Taran, Kassie, Emily and ALL you lovely people) who helped me get to where I am today! I wouldn't be where I am without you guys!  There are MANY more but even getting THIS much posted on a blog is OVERWHELMING to me at the moment!  HA HA!!  Now to figure out how to add an image...damn technology anyway! Grrrrr!
