What are you unwrapping for Christmas this year?

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

 

As I sit here writing this tonight I am curled up with Christmas lights flickering all around me and the smell of pine throughout my house.  I absolutely love this time of year and all that it stands for.  Family, fun and all the festivities.  I am one lucky woman.  I have everything I could ever want near me and have a heart full of love. 

 

 

I think the only thing that gives me anxiety over the Christmas season is gift giving!  I will get lists that are exponentially long, ones that are insanely vague and yet others that claim they don't want a THING for Christmas but will be the ones with the longest face come Christmas morning when they have nothing to open from me!  YIKES!  I have such a hard time finding something that my family or friends WANT and yet still have some sort of meaning behind it.  I never, never, never want to feel like I am just getting them a gift to GET them a gift...know what I mean??!!??

 

 

This year I am OVERLY excited for Christmas morning...not because I get to watch everyone open gifts (although there is NOTHING greater than watching your child's face when they are ripping open gifts!!) but because I know that this Christmas morning is going to be just a little more special for some people because their loved ones got them something SO personal, SO intimate and SO unique and I got to play a HUGE part in that!  Because these AMAZING women decided to trust ME with making these special memories, someone gets to open a gift that they never even knew they wanted!  I would absolutely love to be able to be there at the exact moment when the gift is given and opened and they realize what their loved one did for THEM!  Ahhhh, 'tis the season!

 

This year is just a little bit more special for me.  Just a little bit more meaningful.  Just a little bit more AMAZING!  I have started something that I hope to be able to be a part of for MANY years to come!  THANK YOU, all you beautiful Vixens out there, for letting me be a part of this gorgeous holiday...even if it is just in spirit!  Merry Christmas to you from me....I hope you ALL get unwrapped this year!  :-)!

Guess what everyone???  I'm human!!  A couple of weeks ago I accidentally deleted one of my Vixen shoots.  I am ABSOLUTELY in love with these images and had to put them back up!  I have a memory the size of a PEA so I completely forgot to readd these until the lovely Vixen notified me today that she couldn't find her session on the blog here....ahhh, I really should have invested in the Post-It company!  I'd be keeping them in business MYSELF!

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!

Hey everyone!!  IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!  I thought about how I would want to celebrate my birthday and what exactly I would ask for....well let me tell you a little bit about MY weekness.  Oh yes!  SHOES!! SHOES SHOES SHOES!!  They are the one thing that I know no matter HOW fat I get, my shoes will ALWAYS fit me!!  I love those things like my babies...some are named and some are worn on special occasions because I know they bring me good luck.  I have a closet FULL of them and have been warned that I am not to bring another new pair of shoes into this house until I let three pairs go....that will NOT happen! 

Where do I get my GORGEOUS shoes?  Mostly ShoeDazzle.com and Zappos.com.  I love also shopping at Gordman's and Frederick's of Hollywood.  Oh yes people, they DO have more than bras and panties!  I absolutely have a weakness for the gaudiest, ugliest, LOUDEST shoes.  I think there is something beautiful in the unexpected.  It forces you to look at things from someone elses point of view or thru someone elses eyes.    I love how a simple pair of shoes take me from being someones mother, someone who just stepped on the scale that morning to realize she's gained five pounds, someone who struggles to make ends meet to being a super model, a topic of conversation and someone that others find mysterious and trendy! 

I LOVE shoes.  I ADORE shoes.  I COLLECT shoes!  And talk about gorgeous shoes....let me show you some examples of my shoes and shoes that I LOVE!!  Now on to waiting for my personal gift to myself to arrive from ShoeDazzle.com!!  LOVE YOU ALL!!



My Images

Editing my images is the most exciting part of my new found career!  I love love love looking at the images we have captured together and tweaking them to bring out the TRUE beauty in front of the lens.  I have a hard time not just blurting out OMG YOU ARE GORGEOUS and OH WOW, I ROCK when I'm editing (Ok, I admit, I DO do this....OFTEN!!)!  I can't believe how EASY it is to "polish" these images and get the out for the world to see....

This is where my girls come into play with my business.  I DO NOT share ANY images the beautiful Vixen in front of my camera doesn't WANT me to share.  I think I need to clear that up for my readers and for my potential clients.  Don't get me wrong, I think the girls I capture are STUNNING and I want to share each and EVERY picture with the world but I won't.  Not until I have been given the permission to flaunt my artwork in front of your face!! 

Every girl that graces my pages, either via Facebook or my website (www.boudoirbyrobynlynn.com) or HERE in my blog has GRACIOUSLY given me permission to post these images here.  My blog tends to be a bit more private than Facebook so I am allowed to post more here than ANYwhere else.  Again, some images may include some nudity so you have been fair warned!  I do what I do not from a pornographic way but from an artistic way...I honestly hope you all see that!

With that being said, I'm going to share a session I recently shared on Facebook for a VERY short time!  I was asked to remove the images because some people made her feel like the images she took were inappropriate....you will see otherwise.  She has given me permission to post her images ANYWHERE besides Facebook so I'm sharing them here where her images will be APPRECIATED!
